The Role:

At Súper we pride ourselves on the quality of our data, our internal transparency, and on having a spirit of self-service analytics. However, as our product has grown, our data has gotten more complex. As our first BI Analyst, your job is to tame this data so that we can continue to have a data-driven culture.

Primary responsibilities

• Maintaining our Looker codebase to enable self-service analytics for all our business users.
• Building and maintaining reports & dashboards.
• Answering specific questions from the rest of our team
• Exploring our data to find insights into our customers and their behavior.

Your requirements:

Must haves:

• Excellent SQL.
• A keen eye for business insights and interesting questions.
• Your spirit animal is Sherlock/Enola Holmes.

Nice to haves:

• Experience with Looker or LookML
• Experience with github & version control workflows (pull requests, code reviews, etc)

Pay:

We pay tip-top of market for Mexico, and competive everywhere.
